Putting all of your contact Info (name, order number, phone number, email) inside the package will help us to identify your film and get it back to you as soon as possible.

Once you order your film you’ll get an email with an order confirmation and order number, which will have all the shipping info you’ll need.

Here at The Dunce Factory we all know how exciting it is to get our photos back from the lab, so we don’t want to keep you waiting a second longer than you have to. We’ll start working on your film as soon as your film arrives, or is picked up from one of our drop box locations,. The film will be developed in the order it is received, and always returned to you as soon as possible.

Don’t be silly! Of course we offer negatives back. In fact we don’t charge you a penny more for negative returns. Imagine paying extra to have your belongings returned to you… Facepalm*

Please use sturdy packages. Paper Envelopes tend to get ripped in transit, and we hate to see anyone loose precious film rolls in the mail. Bubble mailers and recyclable envelopes work really well. Using less packing material can save you money in shipping costs, and it’s much better for the environment.

We are currently working with a pay on delivery system. Just ship us your film and we’ll reach out when it’s ready!
